About the event
HeArt and Mind is an art show highlighting the relationship between artistic expression and celebration of the self. The goal of this event is to promote self-love and self-care through an artistic means that resonates most with you. This is an opportunity to be creative, connect to others, and be seen/heard. Artistic submissions can be, but are not limited to, still art, music, dance, spoken word, poetry, and film. Please aim to have your submission be five minutes or less in performance length.
