This interactive presentation will explore and discuss how to approach your mental wellness in 2021. Audience participation in the discussion will be encouraged!

Dr. Sunday Henry is a board certified as family physician and as a primary care sports medicine physician.  She graduated from the University of Idaho with a B.S. in Zoology in 1997 and from Creighton University School of Medicine in 2002.  Dr. Henry completed her family medicine residency at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho in 2005 and a completed a Fellowship in Primary Care Sports Medicine at the Family Medicine Residency in 2007.  Dr. Henry spent 4 years working as a team physician for the University of Idaho and has been a team physician with Washington State University since 2012.  Dr. Henry currently works for WSU Athletics as the medical director and Head Team Physician for WSU.
