In this workshop, we will explore what burnout is and how to recognize it, examine two lenses through which to look at burnout resilience – purpose and connection, and brainstorm action steps for dealing with burnout.
Join President Kirk Schulz and WSU Regent Enrique Cerna as they delve into the changing environment of intercollegiate athletics. President Schulz will address questions around the future of the Pac-12 Conference and offer his thoughts on how Name, Image, and Likeness and the transfer portal have altered the student-athlete experience and changed the game for college athletics.
