DESCRIPTION:The College of Arts & Sciences 3MT research communication competition challenges PhD students to present a compelling oration about their thesis and its significance in just three minutes—and using just one visual slide—in language appropriate to a non-specialist audience.\n\nWinner of the CAS semi-final event will receive a $1,000 award for fall 2022, and will advance to the WSU 3MT Competition during the week of March 21 – 25, 2022. The CAS 3MT runner up and people’s choice each will receive a $500 award for fall 2022.
