DESCRIPTION:Sigma Iota is an umbrella club for the school of Hospitality Business Management. We are a nonprofit student association and are pleased to announce our annual event, Brewfest! Each year, the event is entirely coordinated by students and all funds generated from this event go towards scholarships, career development field trips, guest lecturers from the hospitality industry, and other educational opportunities. Brewfest is a beer tasting event that highlights some of the best beer throughout the Pacific Northwest.\n\nBrewfest 2018 will be held on Friday, Nov. 2, at the brand new Courtyard by Marriott in Pullman, and will be a great way to kick off WSUs Dad’s Weekend. The event will be held from 5-7:30 p.m. The cost is $45 online before the event and $55 at the door per person. You must be 21 years old to attend. Admission to the event includes various appetizers catered by Banyans on the ridge, a silent auction, a commemorative tasting glass, and ten tasting tickets.
