DESCRIPTION:\n\nFred Rabinovitz is a 35 year degreed engineer with extensive experience in leadership, team formation and dynamics, and senior design coordination. He currently works in the Leadership and Professional Development Branch of the Nuclear Engineering and Planning Department at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and is the Senior Leader for a local non-profit. Fred is passionate about creating and leading healthy, high functioning and productive teams.\n\nThis presentation is part of a semester-long seminar on the &quot;soft&quot;, but hard to learn, professional skills that are essential to a successful engineering career. The speakers are engineers and other members of Kitsap technology firms. Topics that will be covered in the seminar include project management, communication, ethics, process safety, divergent thinking, careers in large engineering firms, and working for global engineering firms.\n\n
