Monika is the first in her family to complete a post-secondary education and will talk about what she had to overcome when attending college. Gabriel will touch on skills to use when we feel overwhelmed regarding our future job/career.\n\nMonica Murugesan\n\nMonica is the Head of Project Management at Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), and has been working there for 15 years. She has strong technical and leadership skills, and has an Executive MBA from WSU. She is the first in her family to attain a post-secondary degree.\n\nGabriel DeRuwe\n\nGabriel is the Engineering Manager for Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL), where he practices firmware and leads a team of engineers. He graduated from the University of Idaho with an MS in computer engineering.
