DESCRIPTION:The WSU Madrigal Singers and Concert Choir, under the direction of Dr. Lori Wiest, will present a program of choral music on Tuesday, March 10 at 7:30pm in Bryan Hall Theatre entitled “Listen to Your Heart.” Selections for this concert have been drawn from the Renaissance period through contemporary, including madrigals, chamber music, a cappella pop, opera, and choral music containing enticing rhythms and poetry; thought-provoking texts; and haunting and melodic music designed to engage the heart through the music’s construction, in its performance, and within its meaning.\n\nPlease join us for this free concert, open to the public.
