Having a positive mindset is a popular buzzword these days. But, how do we maintain these mindsets in the face of a crisis like a global pandemic? This workshop will explore different ways of approaching problem solving, mindset and “career-coping” skills as we continue to navigate this truly unique time. Using the skills and theories from Improvisation, Kevin will share several exercises from improvisation that will help you re-set yourself and your mindset.
