Dr. Temple Grandin will be sharing: Behavioral Principles &amp; Reducing Stress in Animal Handling while Steve Fransen, Ph.D., will be sharing- Grazing Investigation: Does the Summer Drought Rob Your Grass Bank?\n\nThe annual Country Living Expo and Cattlemen’s Winterschool is the PNW region’s premier educational event offering an array of country living classes to the public as well as an opportunity to network with small farmers, professors, business people, and subject matter experts in olde time and ag-related topics. Our centrally-located Trade Show with over 60 vendors will be open all day long.\n\nSelect from 170 classes (62 brand new) and enjoy our popular smoked prime rib lunch or vegetarian option. Whether your interest relates to livestock/equine/poultry/bees; cooking/baking/food/canning; nature/pasture issues/trees/gardening, tractor maintenance; building a small farm building, pouring a cement slab, welding or  fiber there is something for everyone!
