DESCRIPTION:Join Northwest Public Broadcasting at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art WSU for Da Vinci Day! From 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., children and families can enjoy activities at the museum that demonstrate connection between art and STEM—all free of charge. We'll have art-making stations and other hands-on stations targeted toward K-3rd graders that connect to the current museum exhibitions. Children will all receive fun giveaways while supplies last. The best part? Children can also meet Xavier from the PBS KIDS show Xavier Riddle and the Secret Museum, who will be onsite that day for photos!\n\nThis event comes ahead of the new PBS documentary, Leonardo Da Vinci, by Ken Burns, Sarah Burns and David McMahon. Catch it November 18–19.\n\n
