DESCRIPTION:The Digital Technology and Culture Department continues the DTC Expert Series: conversations with industry professionals and researchers in graphic design, web design, UX design, social media, data visualization, communications, video gaming, animation, systems design, music, and more. Hosted by DTC professor Tor de Vries via Zoom, guests discuss their fields and share thoughts for students.\n\nOn Tuesday, November 16, at 12:00pm (noon) PST, we will be joined by Joshua Thomas. He is the owner and operator of Lejit Designs, a Spokane-based graphic design studio specializing in branding, illustration, murals, and ultimately dedicated to the creation and development of meaningful stories through design. In addition to a BA in Visual Communication Design, Josh also holds an MBA from Eastern Washington University, and has worked as a UX designer.\n\nJoin us via Zoom for a conversation with Josh about the design industry, his experiences, and his advice to up-and-coming graphic designers.\n\n(A recording of this event will be posted to the DTC Expert Series page afterwards.)
