Originally performed by Cesar Mariano on piano and Romero Lubambo on guitar, this chart will have the audience dancing in the aisles.\n\nDave Turnbull’s arrangement of Angel Eyes is in a slow New Orleans blues style and will feature Turnbull on trumpet, Jarvis on vibes and Sarah Miller on trombone.\n\nDave Snider’s arrangement of Charles Mingus’ So Long Eric in a medium Hard-Bop swing was arranged for JNW, featuring soloist Greg Yasinitsky on alto sax, Dave Hagelganz on tenor sax, and Dave Snider on string bass, with a sweet soli section.\n\nSnider’s arrangement of Bronislaw Kaper’s Invitation was made famous by Jaco Pastorius and his Word of Mouth Band. It has a heavy double time Latin groove, featuring Snider on electric bass, Yasinitsky and Hagelganz on saxes, with an exciting drum solo by Dave Jarvis.\n\nJarvis and Hagelganz collaborated on Cole Porter’s composition I Love You. It is an exciting up tempo tenor sax and drum duo with lots of interplay.\n\nGeneral Admission: $10 Sr. Citizens & non-WSU Students: $5\n\nWSU Students with ID: FREE\n\nAll proceeds from the sales of tickets will benefit the School of Music scholarship fund.
