DESCRIPTION:PROGRAM\n\nDr. Martin D. King will be presenting a concert entitled "Landmarks" featuring music for solo horn and music for horn and piano. Each of these works is a "landmark" in it's own unique way, whether it is a major work for horn, a piece written by an important composer, or a piece with a programatic element suggestive of a landmark. The first half of the concert will feature works for horn and piano, followed by the second half featuring solo horn. The program includes works by J.S. Bach, Jane Vignery, Gilbert Winter, Bun-Ching Lam, Kerry Turner, and Vitaly Buyanovsky.
