DESCRIPTION:\n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\n \n\nIt’s time to celebrate “only the best day of the year” with your favorite gal pals and Cougar-connected wine during a Galentine’s Day wine tasting at the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center.\n\nEmbrace the mantra of NBC Parks and Recreation character Leslie Knope and show your lady friends – and all other special people in your life – just how much you love them with an evening of wine, food, friendship and fun.\n\nThe tasting will be 5-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 13 at the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center, 150 E. Spring St., featuring seven different wines from WSU alumni wineries. The event will also feature hearty hors d'oeuvres, festive nonalcoholic beverages, and a 20 percent discount on your entire wine purchase.\n\nTickets for the event cost $30 and include a 1-oz. tasting of the seven wines, with three additional 1 oz. pours of your choice from the featured wines, and a commemorative Brelsford WSU Visitor Center wine glass. Event entry will be offered at a reduced rate of $15 to individuals under 21 or who do not wish to participate in the wine tasting.\n\nTickets can be purchased in advance at the visitor center or by phone with a limited supply available at the door.
