SUMMARY:Kettlebells 301: Priming the KB Snatch
LOCATION:Online
DESCRIPTION:The kettlebell is a highly versatile piece of equipment that is often neglected or misused in gyms today. Due to this, proper instruction is needed to assure it is utilized efficiently and safely. To assist in the appropriate use of this instrument, Master Trainer & Coordinator of Fitness Services at Washington State University, Ramon Sodano, has developed a series of kettlebell webinars. In previous lectures, we have focused on the swing (Kettlebells 101) and the clean (kettlebells 201). This lecture’s focus will be on the snatch. Come prepared to learn how to safely throw a kettlebell overhead!
