DESCRIPTION:The inaugural 5k event to honor the legacy of Lauren McCluskey, a student-athlete from Pullman, Wash., who was tragically murdered on the University of Utah campus on October 22, 2018. All proceeds will go to the Lauren McCluskey Foundation, which supports campus safety, amateur athletics, and animal welfare. The same day as the race, there will also be a dedication of the Lauren McCluskey Cat Wing and a Dinner Fundraiser.\n\n9 a.m. 5k Race starts at Mary's Park, 1750 Johnson Ave, Pullman Wa.\n\n2 p.m. Dedication of Lauren's Cat Wing at Whitman County Humane Society, 1340 Old Moscow Rd, Pullman, WA\n\n6 p.m. Ticketed dinner at Banyan's Event Center, Social hour starts at 5 p.m.
