DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\n\n\n&nbsp;\n\nAbout the Guest Speakers:\n\nMolly Schotzko\n\nMolly is an Assistant Scholarly Professor in Strategic Communication in the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. She and her husband Tim own and operate a local food truck: Miss Huddy’s Barbeque. They will be speaking about the ins and outs of operating their own food business including the strategy and legal aspects that must be considered from a communication and marketing angle.\n\nJessica Murray, PhD\n\nJessica Murray is a recent graduate with a PhD in Agritourism. She currently teaches courses in food and food science and works in the Hospitality Management Department here at WSU.
