DESCRIPTION: \n\n\n\nEach October tuba and euphonium students, teachers, and enthusiasts perform recitals to celebrate all things tuba. This year members of the WSU tuba-euphonium studio will give an eclectic recital featuring soloists, chamber music, and the WSU Tuba Choir. Selections for the Tuba Choir include Barber's Adagio for Strings (arr. Achille), Ellipses by Stephen Oberheu, Suite of Lieder by Franz Schubert (arr. Powell), and the Kyrie from Mozart's Requiem (arr. McGainey). The Tuba Choir will be conducted by graduate assistants Anthony Achille and Matthew Tatz with Dr. Chris Dickey.
