SUMMARY:Managing physical, emotional, and mental energy
LOCATION:
DESCRIPTION:As new college students are thrown into unfamiliar environments the need to have a plan is essential. Outdated notions of time management have become obsolete in our increasingly digital world, this session will introduce you to three areas of energy management Physical/Emotional/Mental Energy and how you can create routines that build awareness, engagement, and success. Adapted from book The Power of Full Engagement this session looks at how understanding how you fit into the fast-paced university environment.\n\nDriven by our commitment to support student engagement and serve as a launchpad for highly impact practices, the Office of Academic Engagement has been working with various community partners and professional staff outside of the university to provide students with workshops to complement their learning and support them during these trying times. These workshops will be delivered via ZOOM. Once registered, we will email the information on how to connect prior to the events.\n\n
