The BLM mobilizations last summer reminded us of the explosive nature of racial mistreatment around law enforcement. In the wake of BLM, cities, counties, and states are trying to address the issue in a variety of ways. This talk will explain the basic strategies currently considered, describing the ideological orientations and assumptions that lead to what might seem like a practical way to address the problem.
