DESCRIPTION:All WSU faculty are invited to attend this day-long event which will feature timely conversations exploring the vast array of research activities occurring on public health topics across the WSU system.\n\nParticipants will:\n\n\n\n 	Explore strengths and gaps within current WSU research activities designed to expand knowledge of public health issues and/or seeking to improve the health and wellness of those living in rural, remote and underserved communities, domestically and around the globe.\n\n\n\n\n\n 	Identify areas of strength within and across public health tracks and explore where strategic collaborations may be made to further advance the work.\n\n\n\n\n\n 	Build consensus around strategies for increased community engagement, future activities, and relationship building to highlight the critical contribution of WSU research to the field.\n\n\n\nLunch will be provided to in-person attendees.\n\nFor those only able to attend online, a zoom meeting link will be sent to registrants the week of the event.\n\nThis event is brought to you by the Office of External Affairs and Government Relations, in collaboration with WSU Health Sciences and the Office of Research.
