This recital features tuba faculty member Chris Dickey along with several colleagues from the School of Music. Dr. Dickey will perform the world premiere of Joy Zickau’s Abiaka: Suite for Tuba and Piano, the result of a nationwide consortium they led last spring. Other composers highlighted on the program are Larry Whatley, James Naigus, Mica Redden, and Jonathan Oliver. Additional faculty members appearing on this Faculty Artist Series recital include Yoon-Wha Roh, Fabio Menchetti, Sarah Miller, A.J. Miller, and Aaron Wacker.
