About the event

iSciMath Coffee Hours: Fridays 2-4pm (12-5 by appointment).

Join us for coffee from around the world and a variety of discussions about physics, mathematics, science, economics, computers, politics, astronomy, pedagogy, and more. We encourage participation from all departments and fields.

Topic: This week we will discuss our successful Big Ideas proposal to develop through the iQ@WSU the quantum foundation needed to support modern technologies like AI and cyber security.

Please mark 2 to 4 Friday in your calendar: we will have regular coffee hours from 2 to 4, but if you have a special topic you would like to discuss, let us know and we can schedule additional times Fridays between 12 and 5. This is part of our interdisciplinary integrated science and mathematics (iSciMath) initiative.
