About the event

What do AI and ATS really mean for your job search? This session breaks down key tools like AI (Artificial Intelligence) and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)—the systems employers use to scan and sort resumes. Learn how to optimize your application materials, build a strong LinkedIn profile, and stand out in a competitive, tech-driven job market.

After attending this workshop, you will be able to:

  • Understand how the recruiting landscape has changed with the use of AT, ATS systems, and employer trends
  • Get key tips for having your application materials stand out
  • Get a foundation on best practices for utilizing these new technologies
