About the event

Getting ready for the Career Expo or updating your LinkedIn profile? A great headshot is sometimes the first step in making a strong impression. Stop by Terrell Library to your in-person headshots taken with the official WSU photographers.

What to expect

  • Walk-in and appointment options will be available – please register through Handshake for the link to book an appointment; please note that depending on wait time, we may close check-in at 4:15pm
  • Your photo(s) are emailed to you within a few weeks
  • Free to WSU students, faculty, and alumni

Suggested attire

  • Go with intention! Dress in smart casual or business casual attire – think solid colors, clean lines, and minimal patterns. You want your look to be polished and confident, just like you would for an interview or networking event.
  • Visit the Cougar Closet in Lighty 160 if you need to find your fit.

NEW THIS YEAR – Skip the line, book a time!

This year, we’re introducing headshot appointment times to help reduce the wait and keep things moving smoothly. Walk-ins are still welcome but reserving a time will ensure you’re seen more quickly when you arrive. Spaces for each time slot are limited so book early to secure your spot and be sure to arrive during your appointment block. Please register in Handshake to access the link to appointment times.

We want to ensure you can fully participate in the event. Please request alternate presentation formats, sign language interpreters, and other reasonable accommodations at least five (5) days in advance of the event via email to (studentjobs@wsu.edu).
