10x Genomics is hosting a free, one hour virtual seminar. This is an informational webinar, and will be delivered by a 10x Genomics Science and Technology Advisor. The Center for Reproductive Biology FACS Core has a 10X Single Cell Chromium Controller, available by appointment.
Topics will include:
- Quick intro to single cell RNA seq
- Using single cell for gene expression studies
- Introduction to new Visium Spatial Gene Expression technology
- New products for 2020, with time for Q&A at the end
