Dr. Gavazzi will deliver the keynote address and lead a series of dialogues focused on the need for land-grants to evolve to maintain their relevancy and value to the public. WSU President Kirk Schulz will make opening remarks that provide a framework for the day’s dialogues.
The symposium will set the stage for discussions that lead to creation of WSU’s first system-focused strategic plan in the coming months.
A reception and book signing with Dr. Gavazzi will take place at the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art following conclusion of the symposium.
