The WSU School of Music will host a music entrepreneurship workshop presented by the Akropolis Quintet on Tuesday, November 2, at 11am in Kimbrough Concert Hall. Based on the ensemble’s successful Mastermind business invective, this workshop will focus on finance, marketing, fundraising, grant-writing, and artistic operations to help emerging musicians and ensembles turn their artistry into a thriving business and the career of their dreams. Winner of 7 national chamber music prizes including the 2014 Fischoff Gold Medal, the ensemble delivers 120 concerts and educational events worldwide each year and has premiered and commissioned over 130 works by living artists and composers. Come learn how to make your musical ambitions a reality with the Akropolis Quintet.
