Event Description:
Founded in Washington State in 1972, the Black Prisoners’ Caucus (BPC) is a prisoner-led organization dedicated to education, healing, and justice-impacted community building. Scheduled in recognition of Black History Month, this event features a screening of Since I Been Down and a Q&A with currently and formerly incarcerated BPC members—including participants from Coyote Ridge Corrections Center—spotlighting peer-led efforts to support reentry and rebuild Black lives beyond incarceration.
