Film Screening

“Broken On All Sides: Race, Mass Incarceration & New Visions for Criminal Justice in the U.S.” film screening

About the event

This fall Diversity Education and the Culture and Heritage Houses have teamed up to debut a new film festival, “Civil Rights: The Movement and the Legacy.”  The films selected for the film festival  commemorate the 50th Anniversary of the March on Washington and many of the events that comprised the Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s, while also creating space to call attention to the continued struggle for equality and justice.
