Ilhiana Rojas Saldana is an Executive & Career Transformation Strategy Coach, a DEI Consultant, a Bestselling Author, and an international motivational speaker. She has 20+ yrs of global executive experience in top Fortune 500 companies in Mexico and US headquarters, leading and coaching professionals and businesses into success. Ilhiana has coached leaders of all levels and has delivered impactful coaching programs to over 1000 professionals across multiple industries and sectors. She has been recognized by the NY Journal as one of the top 10 Inspiring women to watch in 2021 and has been featured on NBC, FOX, and CBS affiliates. In addition to coaching, Ilhiana serves in different Boards and organizations supporting diversity & inclusion efforts to empower women and the Hispanic Community. Ilhiana is an ICF and DISC PLUS Certified Coach and has a Diversity & Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University.
