Career Expo Prep Series: Coug’s Guide to Salary Negotiation

So, you get a job offer…now what? Learn how to navigate a job offer and approach all possible negotiable items. Though most companies are willing to negotiate, most people never try. Learn techniques and practice negotiating to gain confidence.

After attending this workshop, you will be able to:

• Understand what types of components can be negotiable after an offer
• Weigh-in on what other key benefits to consider over salary
• Learn to communicate effectively with your new potential employer
