The Washington State University Flute Studio, formally the Crimson Flutes, will be performing a concert of chamber and flute choir works. The Crimson Flutes have begun a year-long venture to attend and perform at the 2019 National Flute Association Convention. Preparations have already begun, which includes performing an Icelandic hymn by Thorkell Sigurbjörnsson, Little Red Monkey by Jack Jordan, Kaleidoscope for flute choir and boomwhackers by Ann Cameron Pearce, Ewazen’s Harmony in Blue and Gold, and Tchesnokov’s Tableaux féeriques on this concert.
This concert is open to the public and without charge.
