Football Weekend Wine Tasting & Extended Hours

About the event

Friday night football weekend wine tastings return to the Brelsford WSU Visitor Center this weekend!

The tasting will feature a selection of five wines from the WSU Blended Learning student-made series and will be 4-7 p.m. Tasting tickets cost $10, include a 1-oz. tasting of each wine and are available for purchase at the door. Participants must be 21 or older with a valid ID. Ticket availability will be limited.

Staff will also be available throughout the day to assist fans with information about the game against Oregon, including wayfinding and directions, pregame activities, general parking permit sales and information, and other transportation options. Visitors can also snap photos with the visitor center’s new WSU Fight Song wallpaper and other Coug-inspired designs.

Fans interested in exploring campus or the local community can also talk with staff for recommendations on how to spend the weekend. Student staff are always ready to share their favorite places to visit on campus and suggestions for sightseeing, restaurants, shopping and more!

The visitor center will be bringing back a Friday night wine tasting prior to Saturday’s kick-off. Five WSU Blended Learning Wines will be available to taste with a purchase of wine-tasting tickets while supplies last.

More information is available by contacting the visitor center by phone or email, online at http://visitor.wsu.edu or by following the visitor center on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
