Guest Piano Duo: Oksana Ezhokina and Christina Dahl

WSU School of Music and Allegro present a guest piano duo recital by Christina Dahl and Oksana Ezhokina on Tuesday, April 12 at 4:00 pm in Kimbrough Concert Hall.  Christina Dahl is a chamber musician, soloist, and piano faculty at Stony Brook University. Her performances have been featured twice on Performance Today,  and broadcast on KUSC (Los Angeles), Wisconsin Public Radio, and WQXR and WNYC in New York. Oksana Ezhokina is Chair of Piano Studies and Assistant Professor of Music at Pacific Lutheran University who has served as Artistic Director of several flagship classical music programs at Icicle Creek Center for the Arts.

The duo will perform: Mozart Sonata for Piano Four Hands in C Major, K. 521; Rachmaninoff  Suite No. 1 for Two Pianos, Op. 5 and Symphonic Dances for Two Pianos, Op. 45.

The concert is free and open to the public. A masterclass with WSU piano students will be held on Monday, April 11 at 7 pm in Kimbrough Concert Hall.
