Intellectual property in Indian country

About the event

Native American cultural artifacts and imagery often have been used for commercial or other purposes without any consideration to the cultures that produced them. How does cultural appropriation relate to Native American sovereignty, and how can indigenous intellectual properties be repatriated back into their communities?
