University Recreation and WSU CrossFit are pleased to present the seventh annual functional fitness competition, Palouse Throwdown VII: Heroes Unite.

Rise to greatness and cement your name in the history books of the Palouse. Taking the first step on such a journey is always difficult, but we are happy to announce that no hero need do this alone as this year’s event is a mixed gender competition (Rx & Scaled divisions only). Face your foes together and ascend to the title of “Fittest on the Palouse” by conquering three events to make your way to finals for the opportunity to obtain immortality.

We are happy to announce that this year’s competition will be hosting an adaptive division.
