Schedule your study breaks with UREC and check out a new class to sweat some stress! Current research strongly supports that physical activity increases the brains ability to learn. Physical activity has also been shown to reduce stress and increase mental health. All Fitness classes are FREE Dec. 9-13.
NOTE: Membership or access to facility must be purchased to participate in free fitness classes.
