Sweat the Stress: Free Fitness Classes

About the event

Take a break during finals week and participate in a free fitness class from University Recreation. Physical activity has many mental benefits, including boosting memory, concentration and your ability to think creatively. You’ll come out of your class feeling refreshed and ready to ace your finals! Classes will be held throughout the day from April 30 – May 4 and no registration is needed.
