“The Destruction of Memory” Film Screening and Panel Discussion: Based on the book by Robert Bevan, “The Destruction of Memory” delves into the complex story underlying cultural destruction — examining examples from WWII, the Former Yugoslavia, Mali and Syria, among other places. After the film (1hr, 21 minutes), faculty members from Architecture, English, and History will engage in a discussion session with the film’s director, Tim Slade.
