Have you ever wanted to try out watercoloring, but aren’t sure where to start? Join us to learn the basics by making simple watercolor flowers and exploring how to make the most of your color palette. The first five S&A fee paying students who sign up by August 23rd will receive free watercoloring kits, including the watercolor paint, paintbrushes, and paper!
To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and bring awareness to it being election year, S&A fee-paying global students can win some Coug Swag by playing a special elections edition of Lotería during our ASWSUG Coug Chat on September 9 at 1pm! To celebrate Constitution and Citizenship Day, the ASWSUG, in collaboration with WSU Libraries, will host a virtual public reading of the Constitution (with amendments)
Did you know WSU Global Campus has a DEI certificate? For an opportunity to earn the EmpowerALL certificate, attend our first workshop of the year where we will focus on “Power & Privilege” hosted by ASWSUG Director of Diversity, Amber and Student Diversity Ambassador, Shawna! We will discuss how to connect our identities to privilege while seeing how privilege impacts our society. We will focus on the importance of privilege and how it coincides with oppression. ONE S&A fee-paying student will win Coug Swag for attending!
