For this month’s open mic the three finalists for the Campus Civic Poet Award have been invited to be featured readers. The CCP Award is offered by the English Department in partnership with the MLK Program and recognizes a student’s commitment to poetry and civic engagement. The English Department open mic meets the 2nd Thursday of each month. All are invited to read and/or share work.

Join us at the museum for an hour of readings by WSU Campus Civic Poets & finalists, creative writing students and faculty, and student editors of WSU creative writing publications.
