Mental Health First Aid

About the event

Mental Health First Aid training helps individuals who do not have clinical training to assist someone experiencing a mental health crisis. This workshop ultimately builds the participants’ mental health literacy over a two-day training period. This workshop costs $55 for Student Recreation Center members and non-members, and will take place from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
