Creating an Advanced Fitness Program
About the event
This workshop gives participants several paths to increase the intensity of their workouts. Many people plateau during workouts, decreasing their effectiveness and thus their ability to receive the desired benefits of a workout. During this workshop we will discuss ways to include plyometrics, kettle bells, and high intensity interval training to spice up any workout.
This workshop is free to all and offered at 12:10 p.m. in Smith Gym and 5 p.m. in Student Recreation Center Classroom 144.
