Bobby Enslow, Founder/CEO of Indaba Coffee, Business Coach, & Professor

Bobby Enslow is the founder and CEO of Indaba Coffee, a specialty coffee company based in Spokane, Washington. Enslow’s passion for coffee began in college when his pastor planted the idea of starting a coffee shop in the West Central neighborhood of Spokane. After graduating Washington State University with a degree in Finance and MBA, Enslow spent a year living in West Central before opening his first location in 2009.

Enslow’s vision for Indaba Coffee was to create a space where everyone felt welcome while enjoying hand crafted specialty coffee. Hence their mantra: Love People, Love Coffee. In 2012, he was recognized as one of Spokane’s best baristas in the local Inlander publication. He was later featured in the Spokane Journal Business as a “Rising Star” in 2015, and was awarded the local AGORA Award for Community service in 2016.

Today, Indaba Coffee has three locations in Spokane, one in Tri-Cities, and one in Yakima, WA known for their radical hospitality, generosity, and award winning coffees.

In addition to his work with Indaba Coffee, Enslow also serves on the Downtown Spokane Partnership’s Business Improvement District Advisory board, teaches leadership as an adjunct professor at Whitworth University, and is passionate about making the world a better place.
