📚 October Book Choice: “Cemetery Boys” by Aiden Thomas
“Cemetery Boys” by Aiden Thomas is an enchanting novel blending Latinx culture, magic, and mystery. Follow Yadriel, a trans boy striving to prove his true identity as a brujo, who accidentally summons the ghost of Julian Diaz, the school’s bad boy, instead of his deceased cousin. As they unravel Julian’s mysterious death, an unexpected bond forms, crafting a story rich in cultural folklore and themes of acceptance and identity.
