Speaker Bio:
Daniel Aikens is a University Relations and Candidate Experience Specialist working on the Early Career Team of the Global Talent Solution organization at the Boeing Company. He has 5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in medical, IT, engineering and Procurement/Supply Chain fields.  He has been with Boeing for 3 years and has been working as a primary recruiter for structural engineering, procurement/supply chain, cybersecurity and IT organization. He enjoys his current role that allows him to travel to different universities, interact with students and share the career opportunities within the Boeing Company.

Abstract:
The Resume and Interviewing Workshop will touch upon best practices around crafting a resume that best positions students to obtain an interview while also going over the structured interview process how to be successful.
