As a member of the selling team, contracts individuals are responsible for negotiating terms and conditions that facilitate the sale of commercial aircraft. In this role, you must find a way to support Sales and satisfy customers, while staying sharply focused on minimizing risk to the company. The contracts organization does this by building a team with people who have a variety of backgrounds and experiences and, as a result, use diversity of thought to solve the most complex of problems.
Brianne Gowens is a Senior Manager at Boeing with more than 18 years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation. She currently leads a team of Contract Regional Directors responsible for supporting Boeing Commercial Aircraft customers operating in Southeast Asia and India. Brianne graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in English from Washington State University and obtained a Master of Science in Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University.
