About the Guest Speakers:

Molly Schotzko

Molly is an Assistant Scholarly Professor in Strategic Communication in the Edward R. Murrow College of Communication. She and her husband Tim own and operate a local food truck: Miss Huddy’s Barbeque. They will be speaking about the ins and outs of operating their own food business including the strategy and legal aspects that must be considered from a communication and marketing angle.

Jessica Murray, PhD

Jessica Murray is a recent graduate with a PhD in Agritourism. She currently teaches courses in food and food science and works in the Hospitality Management Department here at WSU. She will be speaking about the food and hospitality industry and the pros and cons of the industry from a comprehensive perspective.
